Data Analyst

Essential Functions **Data Governance: Establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance** Data Quality Management: Implementing processes to monitor and improve data quality, including data cleansing, validation, and enrichment **Data Integration: Overseeing the integration of master data across various systems and ensuring seamless data flow between them** Master Data Maintenance: Managing the creation, updating and deletion of master data records to maintain a single source of truth **Performance Monitoring: Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data management activities** Compliance and Security: Ensuring that to work with master data management practices comply with relevant regulations and that data is protected against unauthorized access Position Qualifications Education: **Bachelor’s degree (Any).** Technical certifications in the following areas are a plus: Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, D365 CE, D365 F\&O, Power BI, etc. Experience: **4\+ years of experience in data engineering or data quality/cleansing roles.** Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and cleansing. **Familiarity with master data domains and MDM concepts.** Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. **Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Skills:  General:** A strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modeling, data management, and carrying out business audits and requirements gathering **Strong understanding of the business requirements that drive data quality, translating those requirements into quality rules for execution in the data flow** Ability to work with system users to correct data issues **Data analysis skills with the capability of identifying data quality issues and correlating those issues with data specifications and quality rules** Strong ability to communicate information, business processes, and system\-wide data changes to a technical and non\-technical audience  Technical: **Ability to create data quality reports using various tools like SQL, Python, or other scripting languages** Strong reporting and analysis skills using Power BI, Excel, etc. **Proficiency in Excel along with Power Query, Fuzzy logic** Strong knowledge of Database management and data\-related security principles **Broad experience working with ERPs like D365, Oracle, NAV, Syspro, Epicor, etc.  Personal:** Excellent facilitator, information seeker \& problem solver **Strong communication skills, both oral and written** Is logical and creative; can extrapolate from learning to innovate change **Action\-oriented and produces results** Has a thorough approach to work assignments and solid organization skills **Is encouraging others and seen as an team player Functional Success Drivers: These competencies are what we require for an individual to be successful in this role. 1\. Pay: From ₹803,837\.18 per year
