We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2\+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate should havestrong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) and Looker Studio, with the ability to transformdata into actionable business insights.
● Analyze website, marketing, and business performance data to identify trends and
opportunities.
● Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Looker Studio.
● Track, monitor, and analyze user behavior and conversion metrics using GA4\.
● Develop automated reporting solutions for stakeholders across departments.
● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
● Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to provide actionable insights.
● Monitor KPIs and present findings through clear visualizations and reports.
● Assist in tracking implementation, event setup, and data validation.
● Conduct ad\-hoc analysis to support business decision\-making.
● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
● Strong hands\-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\).
● Expertise in Looker Studio dashboard creation and reporting.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Data
Analysis).
● Strong understanding of website analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing
attribution.
● Ability to interpret complex datasets and present meaningful insights.
● Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
● Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
● Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and campaign performance analysis.
● Experience with eCommerce analytics is an added advantage.
● Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business
Analytics, or a related field.
● Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Data\-driven approach to problem\-solving and decision\-making.
