Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics
Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead the development of
people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This role will partner closely
with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data\-driven insights
that support strategic decision\-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and
the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics \& Reporting* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics, including:
decision\-making.* Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams.
Workforce Planning \& Insights* Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis.

Data Management \& Governance* Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.

Qualifications \& Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human
Resources, or a related field.* 5–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business
Intelligence, or a related analytics role.* Experience working with large and complex datasets.
