Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics

Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead the development of

people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This role will partner closely

with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data\-driven insights

that support strategic decision\-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and

the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics \& Reporting* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics, including:

• Headcount
• Attrition
• Hiring and recruitment performance
• Diversity metrics
• Employee engagement
• Internal mobility
• Workforce costs
• Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business and HR

decision\-making.* Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams.

Workforce Planning \& Insights* Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, retention, and

workforce effectiveness.* Provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee

outcomes.

Data Management \& Governance* Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.

• Partner with HRIS, Technology, and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting

processes.* Maintain data governance standards and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Dashboarding \& Automation* Build and enhance self\-service dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Leverage analytics tools and emerging technologies to strengthen reporting capabilities.

Stakeholder Management* Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Finance, and business stakeholders to

understand reporting and analytics requirements.* Present findings and insights in a clear and meaningful way to support decision\-making.

Qualifications \& Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human

Resources, or a related field.* 5–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business

Intelligence, or a related analytics role.* Experience working with large and complex datasets.

• Experience in a global organization is preferred.

Technical Skills* Strong proficiency in

• Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced Excel
• SQL
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or

similar platforms.* Knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting methodologies.

• Experience with Python, AI\-enabled analytics tools, or predictive analytics is an advantage.
