As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business objectives. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, generate reports, and provide recommendations based on data insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data in multiple formats and systems, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem\-solving skills.
· **Data Collection \& Analysis:**
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets Excel.
- Perform statistical analysis and create data models to extract meaningful insights.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify patterns or trends.
· **Reporting \& Visualization:**
- Design and generate regular and ad\-hoc reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Present complex data findings in an understandable manner for non\-technical audiences.
· **Collaboration \& Problem Solving:**
- Collaborate with business units (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data\-driven solutions.
· **Data Quality \& Integrity:**
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
- Implement data validation processes to maintain high data quality standards.
· **Performance Monitoring \& Reporting:**
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business performance.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on data trends and analysis results.
- *Required Qualifications:**
· **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Having Inventory knowledge is added advantage
· **Experience:** 1\-2 years of experience in a data analysis or related role.
· **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Advanced Excel.
· **Analytical Skills:**
- Strong problem\-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and derive insights.
- Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and their applications.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
