Data Analyst (Vendor Management department)

We are seeking a highly skilled **Data Analyst** for our **Vendor Management** department to manage, analyze, and optimize vendor\-related data within JIRA and related systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data cleanup, database management, MIS reporting, and creating structured, accurate, and actionable vendor databases to support business operations.

• *Work schedule**: Monday \- Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST
• *Location:** EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011\.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, clean, and maintain vendor\-related data in JIRA and related systems.
• Build and manage structured and realistic vendor databases.
• Create and improve JIRA templates, workflows, and data organization processes.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Conduct data audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Track vendor\-related information and maintain organized records.
• Provide analytical insights and reporting to support decision\-making.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Advanced English communication is mandatory**.**
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and MS Word skills.
• Experience with JIRA or similar systems (**JIRA knowledge is a plus**).
• Strong data management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets and maintain accurate records.
• Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience in Telecom or Construction industry is an advantage.
