The Data Entry Executive is tasked with accurately entering and updating information into company databases and software systems. This includes verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies, maintaining organized and current records, and generating reports or retrieving data as needed. Additional duties involve scanning, filing, and managing documents both electronically and physically, while adhering to company procedures for data confidentiality and security. The executive coordinates with team members to resolve data-related issues and performs other administrative tasks as assigned. Required qualifications are a minimum of 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline, along with basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), good typing speed and accuracy, strong attention to detail, and basic computer and internet skills.
