Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented **Data Entry Operator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

• Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, and software systems.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Generate reports as required by management.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, or Administrative roles.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets**.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of data management and record keeping.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience with data processing and internet research.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas, filtering, sorting, and basic reporting.
