Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

We are looking for a hardworking and detail\-oriented Data Entry Operator for our transport and logistics company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining transport records, updating shipment details, preparing invoices, POD updates, trip entry, vehicle records, and coordinating with the operations team for smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter LR details, trip details, vehicle details, and freight data into the system.
• Update POD (Proof of Delivery) status in transport portals/software.
• Prepare and maintain transport\-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and clients for data updates.
• Verify invoice details and billing information.
• Maintain daily dispatch and unloading records.
• Track pending PODs and update status regularly.
• Handle email communication related to transport operations.
• Ensure accuracy of data and proper filing of documents.
• Generate reports as required by management.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
• Basic understanding of transport/logistics operations preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in transport/logistics industry will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Only experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred in transport/logistics data entry work.

Salary

As per company standards and experience.

Working Hours

10 AM\-7 PM

Reporting To

Operations Manager / Branch Manager

Additional Requirements

• Candidate should be punctual and responsible.
• Ability to handle operational pressure and urgent updates.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
