Job Description

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle daily data entry, documentation, and record\-maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and organise digital and physical records.
• Verify information and correct data\-entry errors.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports.
• Manage documents and maintain proper filing records.
• Support daily administrative and data\-management tasks.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage data and documents systematically.
• Basic communication and organisational skills.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in data entry or back\-office operations will be preferred.
