Job Description

*Job Title: Assistant Admin (Data Entry Operator)**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and reliable **Assistant Admin (Data Entry Operator)** to support our engineering and administrative team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office tools and responsible for accurate data entry, documentation, and report support activities.

**Education Qualification:** Any Graduate
**Experience:** Fresher can apply

*Key Skills Required**

Basic knowledge of computers
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Familiarity with MIS software (preferred)

Assist in preparing and formatting reports, proposals, manuals, and progress documents
Support engineers in compiling and organizing data for reporting purposes
Maintain proper documentation control including files, drawings, blueprints, and technical records
Manage and update essential data in systems or databases accurately
Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents when required
Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks

Any graduate with basic computer knowledge
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good typing speed and accuracy preferred
Willingness to learn and support administrative functions
