Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• *Location:** Chandigarh Sector 22 \& Panchkula Sector 9

• *Experience:** 2–5 years (Healthcare experience preferred)

• *Qualification:** Graduate in any field or Postgraduate \- MBA in Hospital Administration or Marketing preferred.

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily centre operations and patient registration.
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievances.
• Coordinate with doctors and paramedical staff.
• Maintain patient records, data entry, billing, and Ayushman Portal activities.
• Manage staff coordination, duty rosters, and grievances.
• Ensure quality standards and smooth service delivery.
• Support patient acquisition and centre growth.

• *Required Skills:**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Soft\-spoken, responsible, and patient\-friendly.
• Basic computer and data management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to relocate.

• *Salary:** As per experience and assessment.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
