Job Description

Rahi Care Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Executive / Operations Handler to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and procurement activities. The role involves ensuring the smooth flow of materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the operational and administrative requirements of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory \& Warehouse Management

Manage and monitor stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.

Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials.

Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting.

Maintain accurate inventory documentation and database.

Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory data.

Procurement \& Vendor Coordination

Collate purchase orders and requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies.

Interact and coordinate with suppliers on a daily basis.

Review deliveries against purchase orders and track order status.

Handle non\-supplied, under/over orders, and damaged goods.

Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely submission to accounts for payment.

Support procurement activities and maintain vendor relationships.

Book\-keeping \& Reporting

Prepare and maintain vouchers, cheques, receipts, and related financial documents.

Maintain purchase and inventory reports for management review.

Ensure proper documentation for all transactions in compliance with company policies.

Operational Support

Coordinate with the operations team for material planning and logistics.

Support efficiency improvement across operational processes.

Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce).

7–10 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or operations management.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Strong problem\-solving ability and attention to detail.

Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
