Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• **Data Entry:** Accurately input data from various sources into computer systems or databases, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
• **Data Verification:** Verify accuracy of data entered by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re\-entering data as necessary.
• **Quality Control:** Perform quality checks on data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• **File Maintenance:** Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files, ensuring data is properly categorized, labeled, and stored for easy retrieval.
• **Data Processing:** Assist in processing and formatting data according to specific guidelines, such as creating spreadsheets, reports, or other documents.
• **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.
• **Deadline Management:** Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of data entry projects.
• **Communication:** Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify instructions, report issues, and provide status updates on tasks.
