Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• *Job Summary**

The National Sports Club Of India Mumbai is looking for detail\-oriented and organized Data Entry Operators in IT Department to support day\-to\-day data management and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer skills, good typing speed, and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Perform daily band registration entries for guests.
• Scan IT\-related documents and maintain digital records and files.
• Carry out data entry operations for Members' Communication Forms.
• Update and maintain IT Department inventory records and databases.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all data entered.
• Organize and manage electronic files and records efficiently.
• Assist in routine administrative and data management tasks as assigned.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office applications.
• Minimum typing speed of **30 words per minute (WPM)**.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and organize digital files and records.
• Basic understanding of data entry and record\-keeping processes.

• *Experience**

• Minimum **1\-2 year of experience** in computer operations, data entry, or a related field.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer certification will be an added advantage.

• *Compensation**

• Salary: **₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month** (based on qualifications and experience).
