Responsibilities
Enter and update data in company software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required.
Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
Generate reports and assist with data management tasks.
Review data for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
Ensure confidentiality of company information.
Meet daily and monthly data entry targets.
Requirements
Higher Secondary, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in data entry, office administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
