We're looking for a highly skilled Databricks Architect with 12–14 years of experience to drive solution design, architecture, and technical leadership. This role combines hands\-on solutioning expertise with proven team leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise\-grade data solutions.

• *What You'll Do:**

• **Solutioning \& Design:** Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure solution designs on **Databricks \& AWS**, aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• **Technical Leadership:** Lead and mentor developers and tech leads, driving best practices in coding, design patterns, and architecture while overseeing end\-to\-end delivery quality and timelines.
• **Stakeholder Management:** Partner with business leaders to align solutions with strategic priorities, communicate complex concepts clearly, and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.

• *Expertise You'll Bring:**

• 12–14 years of experience in data \& analytics, with strong hands\-on solution architecture and system design expertise.
• Deep expertise in Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows) and AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, IAM).
• Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring, and technical delivery management.
• Strong proficiency in PySpark, Python, and SQL for large\-scale data engineering.
• Excellent communication skills with both leadership and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
