• *Role Summary:** Lead cloud transformation and service delivery initiatives, driving operational excellence, customer success, and business growth. Partner with clients, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud solutions and strategic transformation programs.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

Lead large\-scale cloud transformation, migration, modernization, and managed services engagements, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Own the end\-to\-end delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, quality assurance, and service excellence.

Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable cloud solutions and transformation roadmaps.

Drive delivery excellence by establishing delivery standards, operational frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with sales, pre\-sales, solution architects, and consulting teams to support deal pursuits, solutioning, and successful program execution.

Build and lead high\-performing teams comprising cloud architects, engineers, project managers, and delivery leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Ensure adherence to cloud security, compliance, governance, and industry best practices while maintaining operational efficiency and service reliability.

Manage program financials, resource planning, utilization, delivery margins, and overall business performance.

Identify opportunities to expand client engagements through additional cloud services, transformation initiatives, and strategic growth programs.

Provide executive\-level reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance reviews to ensure transparency and alignment across engagements.

Strong experience delivering enterprise cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Solid understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, automation, containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud operations.

12\+ years of experience in technology delivery, cloud services, digital transformation, or managed services environments, including leadership of large\-scale programs and distributed teams.

Proven ability to manage complex client engagements, drive business growth, and deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes.
