We’re looking for a Lead Delivery Manager who thrives at the intersection of execution, client
partnership, and growth. This is a delivery\-first leadership role where you’ll own outcomes
across multiple client engagements while shaping long\-term relationships and expanding
accounts. You won’t just ensure projects are delivered—you’ll own client success, drive team
performance, and influence revenue growth. **What You’ll Own****1\. End\-to\-End Delivery Excellence*** Own 4–5 concurrent client engagements, ensuring on\-time, high\-quality delivery
- Drive execution across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure predictable delivery
- *2\. Client Leadership \& Stakeholder Management*** Act as the primary point of contact for US/UK stakeholders
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership
- Own communication, expectations, and escalation management
- Define and managed SLAs/KPIs to ensure predictable delivery and client satisfaction
- *3\. Team Leadership \& Scale*** Lead and manage a team of 30–40 engineers and delivery professionals.
- Drive utilization, performance, and career development.
- Partner with hiring teams to build and scale high\-performing squads.
- *4\. Account Growth \& Commercial Ownership*** Identify and drive upsell and cross\-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Contribute to revenue growth and account expansion strategy
- Ensure accurate invoicing and alignment with contractual milestones
- *5\. Technical Oversight*** Provide architectural level guidance (non\-coding, review\-driven role)
- Ensure technical quality, scalability, and alignment with client needs
- Partner closely with engineering leads on key technical decisions
- *What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)*** Projects consistently delivered on time with high client satisfaction
- Strong client trust, leading to repeat business or expanded scope
- High team utilization and engagement with low delivery friction
- Tangible revenue growth within existing accounts
- *What We’re Looking For*** 8–12 years of experience in IT services / delivery management
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and large teams
- Strong client\-facing experience with global stakeholders (US/UK preferred)
- Solid understanding of SDLC and engineering delivery models
- Experience in resource planning, team scaling, and performance management
- Exposure to account growth, revenue ownership, or pre\-sales support is a strong plus
