Seeking a KPI\-driven **Delivery Manager** to lead and mentor recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle. The role focuses on driving sourcing excellence, improving team performance, ensuring timely closures, and achieving hiring targets through data\-driven recruitment delivery.**Key Responsibilities*** + Mentor and guide recruiters in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

+ Drive end\-to\-end recruitment delivery and ensure adherence to hiring SLAs.

+ Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, market mapping, Boolean search, and talent pipelining.

+ Monitor recruiter productivity and provide performance coaching.

+ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure quality hires.

+ Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve team effectiveness.

+ Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

+ Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
