• *The Position\- Denim Designer Trainee**

As a very critical member of the CHASE LABS design team, you will be responsible for leading new/existing fashion verticals. You will be working with the team to lead, develop and commercialize innovative, consumer relevant design solutions.

• *Responsibilities: \-**

• Develop design strategies to stand out and compete with other denim brands.
• Develop strategic styles according to seasonal trend forecasts from verbal or written instructions concerning desired results.
• Introducing newness in designs based on multiple wash effects.
• Identify the right set of fabric suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing partners and even setup a specific sampling unit.
• Create a smooth coordination between design and production flow.
• Responsible for developing tech sheets according to the approved samples.
• Determine and establish specifications and standards.
• Make alterations or changes to facilitate production.

• *Requirements/Skills: \-**

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in apparel/leather design.
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
• Excellent sense of present fashion trends.
• Proficient with design software.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
