• Actively participating in QCRT committee

• Inspire, lead and ensure healthy relation at all times with customer, supplier and employees within and outside department

• To have better employee engagement in the department for fetching optimum results

• Grooming \& Enhancing Technical \& function skills of officer through training

• ABC analysis of spares and machines

• Spare parts planning \& procurement

• Budget planning (Capital as well as Revenue) and execution

• Responsible for keeping budget under control
