• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage all placement\-related activities for the School.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners at national and international levels.
• Secure competitive roles and profiles for students in line with top B\-School benchmarks.
• Formulate and implement placement policies in coordination with the Dean/Director.
• Strengthen internships, live projects, industry visits, and guest lectures.
• Oversee development of placement brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct company visits for student placements and program promotion.
• Develop industry interface for training programs, CEO series, and corporate collaborations.
• Ensure continuous engagement with recruiters and long\-term partnerships.

• *Educational Qualifications**

• MBA (2\-year full\-time) from a leading national or international management school.
• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university

• *Professional Certifications**

• Relevant certifications in HR, Marketing, or Talent Management will be an added advantage.

• *Professional Experience**

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations.
• Minimum 4–5 years at middle management level in Marketing or HR.
• Experience in the education or service sector will be preferred
