To oversee and coordinate the day\-to\-day operations of ongoing projects from the Corporate Office, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, cost control, resource optimization, and adherence to project schedules. The role serves as a central coordination point between project sites, consultants, contractors, management, and support departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Project Monitoring and Control
- Monitor the progress of all ongoing projects and ensure adherence to approved schedules and milestones.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly project reports received from site teams.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets and timelines.
2\. Coordination with Site Teams
- Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Office and project sites.
- Conduct regular review meetings with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and department heads.
- Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, equipment utilization, and contractor performance.
- Provide technical and operational guidance to site teams whenever required.
3\. Planning and Scheduling
- Review project planning schedules and construction programs.
- Track critical activities and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
- Coordinate with Planning Engineers to monitor project progress against planned targets.
- Ensure effective resource allocation across projects.
4\. Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Monitor implementation of quality standards and project specifications across all sites.
- Review quality audit reports, snag reports, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
5\. Cost Control and Budget Monitoring
- Review project costs, contractor bills, material consumption, and budget utilization.
- Coordinate with Contracts, Procurement, and Finance departments for effective cost management.
- Analyze project variances and recommend cost optimization measures.
6\. Contractor and Consultant Management
- Review contractor performance and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and external agencies for project\-related matters.
- Facilitate resolution of technical and commercial issues impacting project progress.
7\. Project Reporting and MIS
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports to senior management.
- Track key project performance indicators (KPIs) related to time, cost, quality, and safety.
- Provide regular updates to the Management and Board on project progress and critical issues.
8\. Interdepartmental Coordination
- Work closely with Design, Contracts, Procurement, CRM, Legal, Finance, HR, and Administration teams.
- Ensure timely support from all departments for uninterrupted project execution.
- Facilitate decision\-making by providing accurate project data and analysis.
9\. Project Handover and Close\-Out
- Monitor project completion activities and readiness for handover.
- Ensure closure of snags, statutory approvals, and documentation before project handover.
- Coordinate with CRM and Facility Management teams for smooth transition of completed projects.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- M.Tech / MBA (Project Management) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in real estate and construction projects.
- Proven experience in handling multiple high\-rise residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, planning, analytical, and decision\-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, ERP/SAP, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

- Strong exposure to corporate project monitoring and multi\-project management.

Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per month
