Deputy Manager – Accounts and Finance **(Nagpur)**

- *ROLES \&** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for managing accounts payable processes including verification, processing, and timely payment of vendor invoices.
- Ensure accurate processing of vendor payments through bank transfers, cheques, and other approved payment modes.
- Manage banking operations including fund transfers, cheque issuance, and coordination with banks for financial transactions.
- Monitor daily cash and bank balances to ensure adequate liquidity for operational requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for treasury\-related activities such as fund management, banking facilities, and transaction support.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements with company records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all payment transactions and banking activities.
- Review and validate vendor invoices to ensure compliance with purchase orders, contracts, and company policies.
- Track and manage payment schedules to ensure timely settlement of vendor and statutory liabilities.
- Support treasury operations by monitoring fund utilization and ensuring effective cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payments including TDS deductions and other applicable taxes.

M.com ,MBA (Finance)
- *Any Other Specification:**
- Proficient in accounts payable management including vendor invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations including cash flow management, fund allocation, and liquidity monitoring.
- Hands\-on experience in bank dealing including fund transfers, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance including TDS, GST, and other regulatory payment requirements.
- Ability to prepare and analyze cash flow statements, payable aging reports, and treasury reports.
- Understanding of internal financial controls, audit documentation, and financial governance processes.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills to support management decision\-making.
- Knowledge of vendor management and payable cycle control.
- Ability to collate, compile, and interpret financial data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
