Sales \& Business Development
We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Deputy Manager to drive business growth through the promotion and mobilization of Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD). The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations, leading field activities, managing team performance, achieving deposit mobilization targets, and strengthening customer relationships to enhance the organization's asset portfolio.
- *Experience in NBFC, Nidhi, Banking, Microfinance, or Financial Services sectors preferred.**
- *Sales \& Business Development**
- Drive the acquisition of Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD) business to achieve organizational growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit mobilization and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual deposit targets assigned by management.
- Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, customer referrals, and relationship networks.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product awareness activities to generate business.
- *Team Management \& Leadership**
- Assist in leading and supervising the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor field activities and provide regular coaching to enhance performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales executives when required.
- *Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and timely issue resolution.
- Develop long\-term customer engagement strategies to improve retention and repeat business.
- *Operations \& Compliance**
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure accurate reporting of business performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to deposit products.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of deposit applications and customer servicing.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per compliance standards.
- *Reporting \& Performance Monitoring**
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business strategies.
- Track team performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD) products.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good analytical, planning, and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- 5–8 years of experience in deposit mobilization, financial product sales, or business development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team\-handling role preferred.
