Deputy Manager - HR - Bellary

Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage and monitor compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA Act, and other labor legislations.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, audits, and government authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and returns as per legal requirements.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and remittances.

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and payroll\-related regulations.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliations.

Employee Documentation

• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
• Handle onboarding documentation, employee data management, and HRIS updates.
• Ensure all employment\-related documents are maintained as per company policy and legal requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.

Separation \& Exit Management

• Manage employee separation processes including resignations, terminations, retirements, and full \& final settlements.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
• Ensure timely completion of clearance formalities and statutory settlements.

Labor Law \& Industrial Relations

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations.
• Support management in handling labor\-related matters and employee grievances.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor contract labor compliance.
• Assist in maintaining harmonious industrial relations at the plant.

HR Operations

• Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
• Prepare periodic HR dashboards and compliance reports.
• Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum **8 years of experience** in HR Operations, Statutory Compliance, Payroll, and Labor Law Administration.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, CLRA, Factory Act, Shops \& Establishments Act, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other labor legislations.
• Experience in manufacturing, steel, mining, cement, power, TMT, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to **Bellary, Karnataka**.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
