We are looking for a Deputy Sales Manager to support the leadership of our Tata Motors dealership sales team. Reporting directly, you will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets. Your responsibilities include managing key customer relationships to ensure an excellent showroom experience, supporting sales planning and lead generation activities, and monitoring individual team performance to coach and improve productivity. You will coordinate closely with finance, insurance, and delivery departments to ensure smooth transaction processes. A key objective is maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and upholding all Tata Motors dealership standards. The position offers a monthly salary between ₹30,000 and ₹40,000, along with Provident Fund benefits, and is based in Kerala for in-person work.
