The Desktop Engineer provides support for end\-user devices, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. This role is critical in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient desktop environments for end users.
Provide frontline technical support to end\-users, addressing hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware for desktop environments.
Apply updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure compliance with IT policies.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, providing users with guidance on resolving common issues.
Conduct training for end users on software and hardware usage best practices.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
