• Provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting support.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, software applications, printers, and scanners.
• Resolve email, LAN, Wi\-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
• Support hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
• Manage antivirus updates, security patches, and system configurations.
