Desktop Support Engineer L1

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Provide **L1 technical support** to employees and theatre operations.
• Troubleshoot **desktop, laptop, printer, scanner and network\-related issues**.
• Support and maintain **POS systems, ticketing systems and kiosk machines**.
• Monitor and troubleshoot **CCTV, biometric attendance and other IT systems**.
• Perform basic **LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi and connectivity troubleshooting**.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software and hardware.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the senior IT team when required.
• Maintain IT equipment, system records and basic troubleshooting documentation.
• Ensure all theatre IT systems are functioning properly during operational hours.
• Provide technical support during **peak hours, weekends and special events**.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Qualification: **Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA – IT or Computer Science**
• Basic knowledge of **Windows, networking, hardware and troubleshooting**.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Candidates with cinema, hospitality, retail or similar operational IT experience will be preferred.

• *Work Requirements:**

• Willing to work in **rotational shifts – Day / Night**.
• Must be available for **weekend working days**.
• Must be willing to work on **government holidays and festival holidays** when scheduled.
• **Immediate Joiners Preferred.**
• Flexible and adaptable to theatre operational requirements.
