Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Notice Period: Immediate\- 15 Days
Location: SB Road
Handle and resolve desktop/laptop hardware and software issues for end users.
\* Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and standard applications.
\* Perform system formatting, reinstallation, and setup as per defined IT standards.
\* Provide support for printers, scanners, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
\* Manage user accounts, basic access permissions, and email configuration (Outlook/O365\).
\* Ensure installation and updating of Anti\-Virus, DLP, and security tools on end\-user systems.
\* Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN/Wi\-Fi, IP conflicts, connectivity issues).
\* Coordinate with IT teams/vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
\* Maintain inventory of IT assets such as desktops, laptops, and accessories.
\* Provide on\-site and remote support to users and ensure minimal downtime.
\* Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
\* Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines at the user level.
