Job Description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (Hardware \& Network) to provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networking issues. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.
Roles \& Responsibilities
Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, MS Office, and email\-related issues
Basic networking support (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, IP configuration)
Installation and maintenance of network devices like routers and switches
Antivirus installation, updates, and system security checks
User account management and basic server support (if required)
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
Maintain IT asset records and documentation
Provide on\-site and remote technical support to users
Job Specifications / Skills Required
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT support
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications
Good communication and problem\-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to handle multiple support requests
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in corporate IT support environment
Basic knowledge of servers and backups
Certification in Hardware / Networking
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
