• Installation, configuration \& Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software application installation
• Windows 11, 10 OS Installation, configuration \& troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop.
• Managing, backup \& recovering User Data.
• Installation, configuration \& troubleshooting of Printers \& Scanners.
• Ability to multi\-task with strong attention to detail.
• Installation and Configuration of Windows\-Based Operating Systems ( Windows 10, 11 ).
• network settings for TCP/IP and internet Setup.
• Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and Software applications problems.
• Configuring \& Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanner \& LAN\-related issues reported by users.
