### **Deputy General Manager \- Human Resources (DGM\-HR)**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager \- Human Resources (DGM\-HR) to lead and manage comprehensive HR functions within our organization. The DGM\-HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and a proven track record in driving HR excellence.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage and enhance performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and labor laws.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
• Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll coordination, and maintenance of accurate employee records.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR\-related matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and team development.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision\-making, and improve HR effectiveness.
• Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
