• *Role Overview:**

You will be responsible for creating **scroll\-stopping visuals and videos** for both **internal marketing campaigns** and **client projects**. Your work will directly impact **engagement, lead generation, and client satisfaction**.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Graphic Design \& Video Editing:**

• Create visuals for social media, ads, banners, and landing pages
• Produce short\-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) for campaigns
• Edit client\-facing videos (promotional, testimonial, explainer videos)
• Ensure all visuals meet **professional and client\-quality standards**

• *Campaign Support \& Execution:**

• Deliver assets according to campaign deadlines
• Suggest creative improvements based on performance
• Work with marketers to translate concepts into visuals

• *Tools \& Platforms:**

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar
• Social media optimization best practices
• Basic knowledge of video formats for ads

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and design aesthetics
• Ability to create content that captures attention quickly
• Quick turnaround without compromising quality
• Familiarity with social media ad formats and requirements

• *Bonus Skills:**

• Motion graphics, animations, or 2D/3D effects
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns and funnel creatives
• Basic understanding of advertising metrics (CTR, conversions)

• *Probation \& Growth:**

• **Month 1 (Probation):** ₹10,000 per month
• **Post\-Probation:** ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month based on performance
