Footwear Designer

Dainmart India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and passionate **Footwear Designer** to join our growing team. If you have a strong understanding of footwear trends, materials, construction, and consumer preferences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative footwear collections for men, women, and kids.
• Research global fashion and footwear trends.
• Develop sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs.
• Select materials, colors, trims, and components.
• Work closely with product development and manufacturing teams.
• Create prototypes and review samples for quality and fit.
• Improve designs based on testing and market feedback.
• Ensure products meet brand, quality, and cost objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, Leather Design, or a related field.
• 2\+ years of experience in footwear design (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong creativity, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross\-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing sports, casual, lifestyle, or fashion footwear.
• Understanding of sustainable materials and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of international footwear trends and consumer behavior.
• Experience working with factories or sourcing teams.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
