We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full\-time.
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketer with 2–4 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, SEO strategy, and data\-driven decision making to lead our marketing efforts end\-to\-end.
\- Lead and optimise Meta Ads \& Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI
\- Plan and run paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube \& Display
\- Drive organic growth through SEO strategy and content planning
\- Manage social media calendar and community engagement
\- Build and execute email marketing campaigns and drip sequences
\- Track KPIs, analyse performance, and prepare monthly reports
\- Collaborate with design and content teams on ad creatives
\- 2–4 years of hands\-on digital marketing experience (senior\-level candidates preferred)
\- Proven track record managing Meta Ads \& Google Ads with measurable ROI
\- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite \& Google Tag Manager
\- Experience with email marketing tools
\- Strong copywriting skills and a data\-driven mindset
\- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a strong plus
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
