We are looking for an **Ecommerce Sales Growth Manager** to drive **revenue growth through non\-paid digital channels**. **(This role does NOT include PPC / Paid Ads)**
- Drive **SEO\-led revenue growth** for product and category pages.
- Improve **website conversion rate \& AOV** through CRO, bundles, cross\-sells, upsells and offers.
- Collaborate with developer team to Optimize **product pages, category pages, homepage, cart \& checkout** for higher conversions.
- Own **WhatsApp marketing \& automation** for cart recovery, order updates, COD confirmation and retention.
- Use **WhatsApp Channels** and broadcasts for engagement and organic growth.
- Plan and manage **Email marketing flows**: abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post\-purchase, repeat \& win\-back.
- Support sales through **content, reels, short videos and UGC** in coordination with creative teams.
- Track performance using **GA4, Shopify analytics and dashboards** and share growth insights.
- Implement **AI tools** for SEO, content creation, analytics, CRO, and marketing automation.
- Manage **Shopify store elements** such as promotions, banners, landing pages, and content updates.
- Support paid campaigns if required (ads knowledge is a plus).
- **2\+ years of experience** in digital marketing with strong focus on **Ecommerce SEO \& Organic Growth, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing.**
- Hands\-on experience with **SEO tools** (GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of **AEO** (Answer Engine Optimization) and **GEO** (Generative Engine Optimization) principles.
- Experience optimizing content for **Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity** will be an added advantage.
- **Experience with email automation and WhatsApp marketing platforms.**
- **Hands\-on experience with CRO \& revenue optimization.**
- **Strong understanding of GA4, funnels, and conversion tracking.**
- **Exposure to AI tools for marketing and growth.**
- **Analytical mindset focused on revenue, growth, and retention metrics.**
- **Strong written communication skills.Good to Have:**
