Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are looking for a highly driven Digital Automation who can build and manage end\-to\-end automation systems across communication, marketing, lead generation, content distribution, and audience engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who understands automation, creator ecosystems, funnels, audience nurturing, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Automation \& Workflow Management

· Build and manage automation systems across WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, and Voice platforms

· Create automated lead nurturing workflows for consulting clients, webinar registrations, podcast audiences, and event attendees

· Develop CRM automations for lead capture, follow\-ups, pipeline tracking, and customer engagement

· Integrate tools and platforms using Zapier, Make, APIs, and AI\-based workflows

WhatsApp Automation

· Set up WhatsApp campaigns, chat flows, reminders, and automated follow\-ups

· Build conversational automation for webinar registrations, event reminders, and customer support

· Manage broadcast and segmentation workflows

Email Automation

· Create automated email sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, newsletters, event promotions, and sales funnels

· Optimize email deliverability, open rates, and engagement performance

· Manage drip campaigns and audience segmentation

LinkedIn Automation

· Build LinkedIn outreach and connection automation systems

· Manage founder\-brand engagement workflows

· Generate and nurture B2B leads through strategic automation campaigns

Podcast, YouTube \& Event Automation

· Automate podcast and YouTube publishing workflows

· Create systems for lead capture from video content, podcasts, webinars, and live events

· Build registration, reminder, feedback, and post\-event automation journeys

· Support audience growth and community engagement initiatives

Analytics \& Optimization

· Track automation performance, conversion metrics, and engagement data

· Continuously optimize workflows and customer journeys

· Generate reports and actionable insights for growth improvement

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.71 per month
