• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results\-oriented **Digital Marketing Executive** to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns for student admissions and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and Lead Generation Campaigns**. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive quality student admissions.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising**

• Plan, execute, and optimize **Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads** campaigns.
• Create and manage **Google Ads** campaigns including Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase student admissions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively.

• *Conversion Tracking \& Analytics**

• Implement and manage **Google Tag Manager (GTM)**.
• Configure and maintain **Meta Pixel** and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
• Track website and landing page performance.
• Monitor lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• *Marketing \& Lead Generation**

• Develop digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and student enrollment.
• Create and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to improve lead conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

• *Reporting \& Optimization**

• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong hands\-on experience in **Meta Ads Manager**.
• Strong hands\-on experience in **Google Ads**.
• Experience with **Google Tag Manager (GTM)**.
• Experience implementing and managing **Meta Pixel**.
• Knowledge of Conversion Tracking and Analytics.
• Understanding of Lead Generation Funnels.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum **2 years of experience** in Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in running successful lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
