We are looking for a results\-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can generate qualified leads for both our agency and our clients across various industries.
Job Summary
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and generating high\-quality leads through various digital and outbound marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead research, prospecting, email outreach, LinkedIn marketing, cold calling, and CRM management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for the company's digital marketing services.
- Identify potential clients such as business owners, startups, healthcare providers, educational institutions, real estate companies, e\-commerce businesses, and other target industries.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Client Lead Generation
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns for clients across different industries.
- Generate B2B and B2C leads through various online and offline channels.
- Develop lead generation strategies based on client goals and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better lead quality and conversions.
Outreach \& Prospecting
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and networking.
- Execute cold email campaigns and follow\-up sequences.
- Perform cold calling and appointment setting when required.
- Manage WhatsApp, email, and social media outreach campaigns.
- Build partnerships and referral opportunities.
CRM \& Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and communications.
- Update CRM systems and sales pipelines regularly.
- Track lead generation KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure proper lead nurturing and follow\-up processes.
Required Skills
- Experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong research and data analysis abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing services is a plus.
