LISCO Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive \& Graphic Designer to manage the company's digital presence, create engaging marketing content, and support business growth through digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, graphic designing, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Digital Marketing**

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer inquiries.
• Handle paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Work on SEO activities to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic and generate marketing reports.
• Identify opportunities for online promotion and lead generation.

• *2\. Graphic Designing \& Creative Content**

• Design attractive social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogues and promotional creatives.
• Create product\-related marketing materials for printing machines, inks, spare parts and consumables.
• Design digital advertisements, festival greetings, company announcements and promotional creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Prepare product presentations and other marketing\-related designs.

• *3\. Video Editing \& Content Creation**

• Create and edit promotional videos, product demonstration videos and reels.
• Edit videos related to product features, installations, customer testimonials and company activities.
• Add text, transitions, effects, background music and other creative elements.
• Develop engaging visual content for social media platforms.

• *4\. Website \& Online Presence**

• Assist in managing and updating company website content.
• Upload product details, images, videos and promotional information.
• Maintain Google Business Profile and support online brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand product requirements and prepare relevant marketing content.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and graphic designing.
• Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW or Illustrator.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora or similar software.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Creative thinking, good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple marketing activities.

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Candidates with experience in B2B marketing, industrial products, machinery or manufacturing companies will be preferred.
• Knowledge of product photography and videography will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who can independently handle designing, content creation and digital marketing activities are preferred.
