Job Description – Digital Marketing \& Business Development Executive

• *Salary:** Up to ₹30,000 per month \+ Performance\-Based Bonus
• *Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (2nd and 4th Saturdays Off)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable **Digital Marketing \& Business Development Executive** who can manage promotional content, social media activities, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to convert prospective clients into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative promotional content for digital marketing and business promotion.
• Manage and regularly update social media handles with engaging posts and content.
• Identify and approach prospective clients to promote the company's products or services.
• Generate leads through online research, networking, and other promotional activities.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients during meetings.
• Create marketing creatives and presentations using Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Use AI tools to generate content ideas, improve marketing materials, and support lead generation.
• Maintain lead records, client follow\-ups, and sales activity reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentable personality with strong interpersonal and client\-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and promotional content creation.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools for content creation and marketing support.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and willing to work in a target\-oriented environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary up to ₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
