About the Role

Kaasma Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and creative **Digital Marketing Executive** to strengthen our digital presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns, along with a passion for marketing and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
• Coordinate photography and videography for projects, events, and client locations.
• Conduct location visits for content creation and brand promotion.
• Support lead generation and online branding initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• **Minimum 1 Year Experience in Digital Marketing.**
• Own Laptop.
• Own Two\-Wheeler with valid Driving License.
• Willingness to travel for work assignments.
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
• Basic Photography and Camera Handling Skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Strong communication and content writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
