*About the Role**
MasterTech Web Applications is looking for a proactive, detail\-oriented Jr. Digital Marketing Executive to support social media, blog creation, SEO, website content, and day\-to\-day digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content ideas, researching keywords, publishing blogs, coordinating creatives, and helping improve organic visibility across digital channels.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys both creative and analytical work \- writing content briefs, improving website pages, tracking basic performance, researching trends, and supporting the team in building a consistent online presence. LinkedIn knowledge will be useful, but the role is broader than LinkedIn and focuses on overall organic digital marketing.
*Role Focus Areas**
**Social Media:** Content planning, post ideas, scheduling, engagement support, captions, hashtags, and platform consistency.
**Blog Creation \& SEO:** Blog topics, outlines, SEO\-friendly drafts, keyword research, on\-page optimization, and publishing support.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content for company and client accounts across relevant platforms.
Assist with content calendars, caption writing, post ideas, content themes, hashtags, and basic engagement activities.
Create blog topic ideas, blog outlines, and SEO\-friendly content briefs based on keyword and competitor research.
Support blog creation, proofreading, formatting, internal linking, image placement, and publishing on the website or CMS.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap checks, and basic SEO audits for websites and blogs.
Assist with on\-page SEO tasks such as meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, alt text, internal links, and content optimization.
Support off\-page SEO activities such as outreach coordination, backlink tracking, directory submissions, and maintaining partner communication.
Help update website pages, service pages, landing content, case studies, and other organic marketing assets as required.
Coordinate with designers, writers, developers, and internal team members to complete digital assets on time.
Monitor basic website and content performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports covering traffic, rankings, blog performance, social media engagement, and completed activities.
*Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, media, IT, or a related field.
1\-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content, social media, or a related role; freshers with strong skills may apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear captions, blog outlines, and simple marketing copy.
Basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on\-page SEO, internal linking, and blog optimization.
Basic understanding of social media content planning, posting, engagement, and platform\-specific content formats.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword tools, SEO tools, or content management systems is preferred.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple content and SEO tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Comfortable coordinating with designers, writers, developers, and clients for content and digital marketing execution.
*Preferred Skills**
Prior internship or work experience in SEO, blog writing, content marketing, or social media management.
Experience publishing blogs or updating content on WordPress or any similar CMS.
Understanding of content calendars, organic growth, website content structure, and basic SEO reporting.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for simple website content formatting is a plus.
Familiarity with LinkedIn content best practices is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Basic Canva, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or project coordination skills will be helpful.
