Job Description of **SEO (SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION)** Qualification: Any graduate Experience: 1\-3 years of experience as an SEO specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role with proven results in growing organic social reach. Key Skills We are looking for a creative and analytical SEO \& Social Media Specialist to drive organic growth across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will understand that social media is a primary search engine (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and will know how to optimize content, captions, and profiles to maximize visibility, engagement, and traffic. You will bridge the gap between technical search engine optimization and engaging social content. Key Responsibilities  Social Search Optimization (Social SEO): Optimize social media profiles, captions, hashtags, and video scripts (Reels) with high\-volume, relevant keywords to improve discoverability.  Content Strategy: Develop and execute SEO\-driven content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to build brand awareness.  Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research specifically for social media search behaviours to understand what users are searching for on different platforms.  Content Creation \& Optimization: Collaborate with designers and content teams to create engaging content that is optimized for both search algorithms and user intent.  Analytics \& Reporting: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, follower growth) using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and platform\-native analytics to measure SEO ROI.  Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on algorithm changes, trending audio, and emerging social features to ensure our content remains competitive.  Community Management: Engage with followers, monitor comments, and manage online reputation to enhance brand visibility and authority.  Cross\-Channel Integration: Ensure social media efforts complement overall website SEO strategies Preferred Skills  Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads).  Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandate).  Experience in a B2B or B2C environment. Salary For SEO Candidates: Upto 22000 per month.

Pay: ₹9,809\.04 \- ₹20,000\.68 per month
