About the Role

Near Me Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, result\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Develop engaging social media content, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Generate quality leads and monitor campaign performance.
• Track campaign metrics, analyze ROI, and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and digital promotional activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website analytics.
• Experience in social media management and lead generation.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets.

• *Preferred:** Candidates with experience in real estate digital marketing will have an added advantage.
