*Key Responsibilities:**
Handle hot and warm leads generated through Meta Ads, funnels, webinars, and campaigns
Conduct professional lead interaction through calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom
Explain platform offerings, onboarding process, and business model confidently
Guide leads toward webinars, sales videos, and next\-step actions
Support lead nurturing and relationship\-building activities
Participate in webinars, live sessions, and community engagement
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for smooth lead flow
Help maintain strong brand communication and online presence
Connect with existing customers/users for feedback, success stories, and relationship building
Coordinate and collect customer video testimonials and user reviews
Manage and encourage reviews on platforms and review websites
Actively participate in improving organization trust, social proof, and brand visibility
Support day\-to\-day business growth and operational coordination activities
Maintain proper follow\-up, lead tracking, and communication records
