PUSHX PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a data\-driven and analytical **Digital Marketing Executive** to manage, optimize, and scale our international paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital analytics, a keen interest in performance evaluation, and experience or strong knowledge in targeting Worldwide markets, specifically **Tier 1 countries**.
This role requires demonstrated expertise in at least one major advertising platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads) along with the capability to manage end\-to\-end global campaign operations.
- **Campaign Management:** Execute end\-to\-end campaign setup, continuous monitoring, strategic optimization, and scaling across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads platforms, with a focus on Worldwide and Tier 1 country targeting.
- **Creative Asset Development:** Conceptualize and develop high\-converting ad creatives, carousels, and engaging copy tailored to international audiences and global consumer psychology.
- **Data \& Performance Analysis:** Perform daily deep\-dives into performance data to identify operational bottlenecks, evaluate international market trends, and discover scaling opportunities.
- **Metric Reporting:** Systematically track and report critical performance metrics to ensure optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across different geographic segments.
- **A/B Testing:** Formulate and execute ongoing tests for creatives, international audience segments, localized hooks, and demographics to improve acquisition costs and conversion rates.
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
- **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of hands\-on experience in managing and executing paid advertising campaigns. Experience with international or Tier 1 geography targeting is highly preferred.
- **Platform Expertise:** Proven proficiency in **at least one** primary platform (Meta Ads or Google Ads), complemented by a working knowledge of the other.
- **Analytical Mindset:** A strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and a proactive commitment to professional development and global industry trends.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Competency in campaign scaling methodology, budget allocation strategy (CBO/ABO), audience segmentation for global markets, and tracking implementation.
- **Educational Background:** A completed Bachelor's degree or graduation equivalent is mandatory.
