Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and publish engaging content, posts, banners, and promotional materials.
• Generate leads through digital marketing activities.
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Optimize website and content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow\-ups.
• Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer engagement.
• Support branding and promotional activities for company products and services.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
• Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Content creation and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Number of leads generated.
• Cost per lead (CPL).
• Social media engagement and growth.
• Website traffic and conversions.
• Campaign ROI (Return on Investment).
• Achievement of monthly marketing targets.

Preferred Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in lead generation, social media management, and online advertising is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
